Our Returns Policy
There is a lot involved in preparing and transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for a change of mind. In the unlikely event that your delivery is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening it, and then photograph the damaged art inside. Send these images to supriya@kopal.com.au, and we will replace your print with an identical one. For originals or small originals damaged during transit, a commission will be provided as a replacement.
All Prints:
Please note that all prints are custom-made and thus non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If your print or its frame is damaged upon delivery, contact us via form below or contact us page within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damage, and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the print in its original box or tube.
Originals:
Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If your original artwork or its frame is damaged in transit, please contact us via the form below or contact us page within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damage, and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the original artwork in its original box or tube. Additionally, note that once a painting is made, it begins to age, and over time, both the paint film and priming may lose flexibility and become brittle, with the potential for crack formation due to the expansion and contraction of the fabric support. This aging process is not a valid reason for return or exchange.
